      They have DC control power. As I understand it, they remove the fuses to ensure that the breaker doesn’t get and close signal during the racking activity.

        The downstream bus powers one of the Emergency Response facility HVAC systems along with some other non-safety building HVAC and lighting. My plant determined that the temp power was not a Temp Alt in Support of Maintenance and we went back and did a 50.59 Screening on the activity.

          I have it on my list for 2022 to develop the modification to replace the non-safety main generator relays with a digital generator protection system. I agree there is fear in going to digital. I am not especially looking forward to going through the new digital mod requirements that were added to the industry standard design process.
