Every operating US nuclear power reactor reports its power level to the Nuclear Regulatory Commission each morning. This dashboard tracks all ~94 units daily: current reactor power levels, units offline or derated, estimated fleet generation, and actual monthly generation from the US Energy Information Administration. Each unit’s entry includes its NSSS supplier, license expiration, and NRC docket number.
Data updates every morning after the NRC publishes its Power Reactor Status Report (typically by 8 a.m. Eastern). Estimated generation is calculated from reported power levels and net unit capacity; EIA figures are the authoritative actual-generation record.
